About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of data, analytics, AI, and agent-enabled solutions, managing projects from discovery through to implementation.
- Develop scalable, secure, and well-governed data platforms that ensure trustworthy data is accessible where it can deliver maximum value.
- Create AI-driven customer experiences and predictive insights for trading and asset reliability, including innovative approaches involving agentic AI.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Science, Cyber Security, and business partners to realize practical and effective solutions.
- Promote the responsible application of generative AI, agentic AI, and machine learning technologies with attention to privacy, security, transparency, and human oversight.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate thrives in uncertain environments, effectively engages stakeholders, and translates complex needs into practical, actionable designs. Excellent technical judgement combined with strong interpersonal skills will help in working across business and technology groups.
- Over 5 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-level data, AI, or technology platforms and products.
- Proven ability to craft and implement complex data solutions, including integration and modern cloud platforms.
- Strong expertise with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, cloud data warehouses, and proficient Python skills for data engineering, automation, or integration purposes.
- Good understanding of machine learning models, AI workloads, data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to continuously learn emerging technologies.
