Job Overview

This role involves gathering, examining, and interpreting data to aid strategic decisions and operational improvements. The Data Analyst transforms complex datasets into valuable insights, develops reports and visual dashboards, spots trends, and fosters continuous enhancement activities. Primary Duties

• Aggregate, clean, verify, and analyze data from diverse internal and external sources.
• Create and update interactive dashboards, detailed reports, and data visualizations for informed business decision-making.
• Investigate operational, financial, and general business metrics to uncover trends, opportunities for growth, and potential risks.
• Conduct analysis related to Operational Excellence (OPEX) to track performance, highlight process improvements, and support ongoing enhancement efforts.
• Extract and interpret data from ERP systems to assist operational and reporting needs.
• Build automated processes for data handling and report generation using Python and other analytical tools.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply regular updates to management teams.
• Collaborate with various business units to identify reporting requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling when necessary.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, data integrity, and adhere to governance standards.
• Document the analytical approaches, data schemas, and reporting workflows.
• Support strategic business planning and improvement projects through insightful data analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines is mandatory.
• At least five years of practical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics fields.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and enterprise-wide data ecosystems.
• Experience analyzing Operational Excellence (OPEX) data and business performance metrics is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel capabilities including Power Query, PivotTables, and complex formulas.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
• Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling principles.
