Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst Specialist is tasked with delivering sophisticated financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to aid sound business decisions. The role entails constructing financial models, evaluating financial outcomes, generating management reports, and pinpointing avenues to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. This position partners closely with business leaders to facilitate financial planning, investment choices, and organizational expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update annual budgets, regular forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess company performance, profitability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and sustain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and investment evaluations.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management.
  • Perform variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, highlighting main factors and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Examine financial statements, KPIs, and operational metrics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Assist business units with financial planning, budgeting, and investment proposal preparation.
  • Detect financial risks and opportunities, offering advice to boost financial results.
  • Work collaboratively with Accounting, Operations, and other teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support strategic projects such as business expansions and cost reduction initiatives through financial analyses.
  • Conform to organizational financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Continuously upgrade financial reporting techniques, modeling, and forecasting methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of pertinent experience in financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling and analytical techniques.
