Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to become part of our team. The chosen candidate will be tasked with gathering, examining, and interpreting data to aid business decisions and enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports along with dashboards.
- Detect trends, patterns, and derive meaningful insights from data.
- Keep databases and records current and precise.
- Validate data and ensure its integrity.
- Utilize Excel and other analysis tools to process business data.
- Create and update Management Information System (MIS) reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to ascertain data needs.
- Deliver data-driven findings and suggestions to management.
- Support business units through data analysis and reporting assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel features including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
- Firm grasp of data management and reporting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Capability to handle large datasets and deliver within deadlines.
Educational Background
Candidates should have completed graduation in any discipline. Preference will be given to those with qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or similar fields.
Experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Reporting, or Business Analytics roles will be preferred.
