Data Analyst

Overview

This role demands the development of detailed product metrics and quantitative measurement frameworks aligned with various product development stages and business objectives. You will build prototype analysis pipelines to generate insights and provide swift responses to business queries and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both routine and complex analyses on large datasets to recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Research & Development, and Algorithm teams to promote and implement optimization strategies that drive business growth and improvements.
• Lead small project teams supporting business initiatives and adapt quickly to new business environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Expertise in SQL and Python or R, with experience handling extensive data manipulations, machine learning, and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to continuously identify optimal practices.
• Technical leadership abilities combined with practical experience in data mining and machine learning applications.
• Excellent insight into data patterns and a rigorous logical approach to solve business challenges systematically.
• Enthusiastic about teaching peers and learning new techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within large-scale internet enterprises.
• Experience in internet companies or payment sectors is advantageous.
• Passionate about Data Analysis and Data Mining.
