Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Compliance Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, managing, and interpreting compliance-related data from various divisions including Investigations Unit, Awareness & Training, and Monitoring. The position focuses on creating relevant data indicators, uncovering compliance risks and deficiencies, delivering valuable insights, and preparing detailed reports for senior leadership and the Board. The role requires strict data governance adherence, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring conformity with regulatory standards.

Key Duties

• Create, execute, and oversee compliance metrics representing activities within the compliance department.
• Gather, sanitize, verify, and organize compliance data to guarantee precision and completeness.
• Examine data trends, irregularities, and patterns to detect new compliance risks and operational deficiencies.
• Produce regular compliance dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and in-depth analytical reports for senior leaders and the Board.
• Manage a centralized compliance database with proper documentation, version control, and governance.
• Provide data insights supporting investigations and monitoring for case evaluations and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance documentation is aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and PDPL data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to identify data requirements and enhance reporting standards.
• Help design automated reporting systems, dashboards, and analytic templates to boost efficiency.
• Work with IT and digital transformation units to improve data infrastructure and ensure data quality.
• Assist in external audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by furnishing accurate data reports.
• Contribute to compliance education by generating data-driven presentations and insights aiding decision-making processes.
