Role Overview

The Data Analyst will own the entire data analytics lifecycle, from setting up measurement frameworks to uncovering actionable insights that support product and model decisions. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and machine learning teams, this role is responsible for creating and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards that form the analytical backbone of AI-driven software projects. A minimum of three years’ experience in data analytics with proven influence on product outcomes in dynamic technical environments is required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop measurement frameworks and key metrics in partnership with product and engineering teams.
Build and sustain robust data pipelines, dashboards, and insightful reports.
Analyze data related to products, user behavior, and machine learning models to generate actionable insights.
Assist in designing experiments and analyzing A/B tests.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across various sources.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline, or comparable practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a similarly quantitative function.
Strong command of SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis tasks.
Experience creating dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Solid understanding of statistical methods and experimental design.
Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.

Preferred Additional Skills

Knowledge of cloud data warehousing solutions such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
Familiarity with machine learning workflows and evaluation metrics.
Experience using GitLab for version control of analysis code and data pipelines.
Background or interest in educational technology or AI products.
