About the Role

Join a dynamic team utilizing cutting-edge analytics technologies like Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to develop trusted data products, performance insights, and reporting mechanisms that directly impact business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions.
  • Construct semantic models and prepare analytics-ready datasets within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Conduct business performance analyses to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting needs, and meaningful metrics.
  • Support efforts in data quality assurance, governance, and promote self-service analytics adoption throughout the organization.
  • Design and implement new data pipelines feeding into a medallion architecture's common data environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or similar data-oriented roles.
  • Proficient in Power BI development and data visualization techniques.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, capable of handling large datasets effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable modern analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with semantic modeling, data modeling concepts, and reporting system architectures.
  • Strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and collaborative business partnering.
  • Competent at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A growth mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining high data quality standards.
