About the Role
Built is pioneering the future by integrating artificial intelligence into core business operations. As an AI and Power Platform Engineer on our Digital & Data team, you will be instrumental in designing and scaling Microsoft Power Platform solutions and AI-driven cloud technologies. Your efforts will enable teams across Built to transform innovative ideas into scalable, enterprise-grade outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Built's expanding collection of Power Apps to ensure consistent performance, reliability, and widespread adoption.
- Develop, operate, and optimize AI agents that facilitate the transition of AI solutions from individual experimentation to enterprise-wide application.
- Oversee Built’s cloud infrastructure and agent ecosystems, aligning security, functionality, compliance, and cost considerations.
- Implement monitoring tools, alerts, and operational standards to provide clear parameters that encourage confident innovation.
- Support both developers and business users in evolving ideas into efficient, scalable solutions that deliver tangible business benefits.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in administering and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiar with AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or equivalent platforms.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Azure services encompassing cloud security, identity management, and monitoring best practices.
- Demonstrates a balance between operational excellence and ongoing hands-on development with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
