Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Administrator to join a leading infrastructure project delivery organisation on a long-term contract. This opportunity offers predominantly remote work flexibility for candidates based in Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, or Queensland. The contract period runs from September 21, 2026, to January 31, 2028, with an hourly pay rate of $40-$45 plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process project-related documents, including drawings, photographs, and field reports.
- Perform high-volume, precise data entry and update project systems consistently.
- Manage shared email inboxes and coordinate requests linked to projects.
- Support project close-out processes, including reconciliations and final claims handling.
- Keep accurate asset and project records across various information systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other project management systems daily.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven background in data administration, technical data entry, project administration, or related roles.
- Experience working in telecommunications, utilities, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to handle technical documentation accurately.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with multiple competing priorities.
- Familiarity with project or asset management software is advantageous.
