Our last-mile delivery partners are vital to our operations, and we collaborate closely with them to ensure timely deliveries of all sizes. In the role of DA and DSP Experience Specialist, you will develop strong relationships with partners, assist them in implementing efficient delivery processes, and resolve any issues they face, fostering long-term successful partnerships. You will utilize various feedback channels to prioritize experience improvements, gather insights, and collaborate across teams to implement key enhancements. Additionally, you will facilitate roundtable discussions with partners to monitor overall sentiment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate insights from diverse feedback channels to determine experience priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, ACES, and DEX teams to resolve systemic challenges within defined service level agreements.
- Represent the voice of Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Partners across Amazon Saudi Arabia.
A Typical Workday
Stationed at one of our facilities, you will remain actively engaged with all stages of the delivery process, offering visibility and guidance to our logistics partners. You will manage all listening channels and efficiently communicate critical focus areas to leadership for action.
About the Team
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party distributors. We utilize innovative thinking and continuous process improvements to deliver millions of products to customers, aiming to ensure a seamless delivery experience and implement global solutions for emerging delivery concepts.
Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in Arabic including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
