Value Added Services Specialist

Role Overview

As a Value Added Services (VAS) Specialist, you will be pivotal in fostering strong partnerships with last-mile delivery partners. Your responsibility is to establish and maintain efficient processes that ensure smooth deliveries while building a sustainable and successful collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of value added services including legal, insurance, and uniform provisions to meet the needs of both Amazon's internal customers and Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Negotiate service placements and continuously challenge existing methods to enhance service delivery and partner success.
• Conduct regular onsite visits at the DRY3 location and other sites to maintain close oversight over last-mile delivery operations.
• Maintain strong oversight of partner relationships, including contract management and performance monitoring.
• Develop dashboards, perform in-depth data analyses, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with business objectives.

Team Environment

You will be a member of Amazon Logistics (AMZL), specializing in last mile delivery while partnering with third-party distribution companies. The team thrives on innovation and continuous improvement to ensure prompt and smooth delivery experiences for millions of customers globally.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in English for speaking, writing, and reading.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries from multiple tables, demonstrating advanced SQL skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than two years of relevant professional experience.
