Job Overview

Amazon invites recently graduated individuals to join its Human Resources team as a HR Partner. This role acts as the primary HR contact for Team Leads and Area Managers within the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Dundee, Scotland. The candidate will focus on enhancing the Associate experience by managing engagement initiatives and providing support on employee queries and relations, including resolving low-risk cases and assisting with investigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and guidance to Team Leads and Area Managers on various HR matters.
  • Manage employee cases following local employment laws.
  • Support investigations related to employee relations according to local legislation.
  • Help improve workplace environment and employee engagement through relevant implementations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate hiring, recruitment, and engagement activities.
  • Assist the HR team with communication planning and execution.
  • Lead or participate in assigned HR projects.
  • Gather and interpret data related to attrition, attendance, recruitment, and engagement to inform HR strategies.
  • Conduct compliance audits while applying knowledge of employee laws under management supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree completed before starting or obtained within the last 24 months.
  • Degree and/or experience in human resources or related fields.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR level C1).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Understanding of basic employment law and HR or payroll operations.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential HR data.
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving, or international work environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Skilled in data analysis and report generation for leadership audiences.
