Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist - Arabic

Position Overview

We are seeking an immediate hire for a Human Risk Management role focused on cybersecurity awareness and governance in Dubai. This is a contract position with a duration of over 12 months requiring on-site presence.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Lead initiatives in cybersecurity awareness and human cyber risk management, primarily within healthcare or regulated sectors.
• Develop, review, translate, and ensure the quality of cybersecurity awareness content in both Arabic and English.
• Translate specialized cybersecurity concepts into user-friendly awareness materials for healthcare organizations, especially those operating in the UAE.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines is mandatory.
• Preference given to candidates holding a Master’s degree or recognized cybersecurity certifications.

Certifications & Language Skills

• Must possess at least one of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or their equivalent.
• Certified Security Awareness Practitioner (CSAP) or similar credential is essential.
• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic is required along with professional English proficiency; formal Arabic language certification is also mandatory.

Industry & Regional Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity awareness, governance, or human cyber risk management.
• Specific experience in managed awareness services for more than 5 years.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulations applicable to the healthcare or government sectors in the UAE.

Residency Requirements

• The candidate must have legal authorization to work in the UAE, being either a UAE national or a long-term resident.

Additional Requirements

• Immediate joining availability or a maximum notice period of 30 days.
