About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Cybersecurity Manager with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a strategic visionary who also possesses hands-on cybersecurity expertise and leadership skills, capable of overseeing the design, execution, and management of comprehensive security programs in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of cybersecurity operations including Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Develop and continuously refine security frameworks, policies, and procedures within the organization.
- Conduct and supervise risk and security assessments such as penetration testing, ensuring prompt resolution of findings.
- Manage cyber security incidents by leading investigations, determining root causes, and producing detailed post-incident reports.
- Ensure adherence to local and international standards and regulatory frameworks (including NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA, PCI-DSS).
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
- Lead and mentor cybersecurity engineers and analysts, fostering professional development.
- Assess, deploy, and oversee security tools and technologies like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, and IAM.
- Generate executive-level security reports, risk dashboards, and risk summary presentations.
- Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 12 years in cybersecurity or information security roles with hands-on technical skills.
- Expertise in SOC operations, incident response and digital forensics, network and cloud security, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
- Demonstrated experience in security architecture design and enforcement of security controls.
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.
- Experience with enterprise and government cybersecurity environments is highly advantageous.
- Effective at communicating complex technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exemplary leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Certifications
- CISSP certification is mandatory or highly recommended.
- CISM or CISA certification.
- Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, GPEN.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.
- Cloud security certifications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are beneficial.
- Local regulatory certifications related to NCA are a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related fields.
- A Master’s degree is valued as an additional asset.
