Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and efficient support to customers in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating across internal teams and utilizing various systems to ensure seamless operational activities.

You will manage customer inquiries, provide exceptional service quality, and leverage your mechanical understanding to assist in parts and services discussions.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication abilities, effectively engaging with both customers and internal teams.
- Possesses mechanical aptitude or genuine interest in machinery, vehicles, or engine functionality; experience in automotive, motorcycles, caravans, bicycles or related fields is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable with technology, eager to learn and adapt to new systems and evolving processes.
- Exhibits a positive mindset, sound decision-making, and an eagerness to acquire new skills.
