Position Overview
We are seeking a Trades Assistant specializing in Track Press operations to join our Service Department at the Wacol branch. Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervisor, you will support daily operations in the Trackshop with an emphasis on safety, productivity, quality standards, and 5S principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining efficient and safe Trackshop activities to reduce equipment downtime.
- Carry out tasks following workshop manuals, established guidelines, and Safe Work Procedures to ensure high-quality work.
- Prioritize safety and report hazards, incidents, or accidents promptly.
- Support other branch areas as needed to contribute to team objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Strong dedication to workplace health and safety protocols.
- A practical, hands-on work ethic with attention to detail.
- Effective written communication skills for preparing service reports.
- Reliable team player demonstrating commitment and collaborative spirit.
- Experience in Trackshop operations will be advantageous.
Working Hours & Location
- Full-time role, Monday through Friday.
- Position located in Wacol, Queensland.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation.
