In this pivotal role, you will deliver responsive customer assistance within a dynamic, service-oriented setting. You will support customers by navigating internal systems and collaborating closely with your team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As you expand your knowledge of our products and systems, you will address customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and utilize your mechanical understanding to engage in parts and service discussions effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent customer service and communication capabilities for working effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Mechanical aptitude or a keen interest in engine, vehicle, or equipment functionality; prior experience in automotive, motorcycle, caravan, cycle, or related sectors is highly valued.
- Comfortable with system usage and eager to adopt evolving technologies and processes.
- A positive mindset, sound judgment, and a drive for continuous learning.
