Customer Support Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. Candidates will engage with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to resolve queries and issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and patiently with customers to understand and address their concerns effectively, handling both inbound and outbound interactions.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently to ensure their satisfaction.
• Demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting frustrated or confused customers, fostering a positive support environment.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to offer accurate and helpful information.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt quickly to evolving tools, procedures, and customer requirements in a dynamic workplace.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English along with proficiency in one or more Indian languages such as Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or any graduate degree.
• Open to freshers and willing to join immediately.

• Work location: Office-based in Bengaluru.

• Salary range: INR 15,500 to 20,000 per month.
