Collections Executive - Personal Loans

About the Role

Victa Earlyjobs Technologies Private Limited is recruiting Collections Executives to join their Personal Loans Collections department. This role focuses on managing collection operations specifically for personal loan accounts, with an emphasis on working experience with Field Force (FF) and Bucket 1 collections teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee collection activities related to assigned personal loan accounts.
• Maintain communication with customers to recover overdue payments promptly.
• Follow established collection procedures and meet assigned targets.
• Document customer interactions and payment follow-ups precisely.
• Meet or exceed individual and team collection goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer collection issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or higher secondary certificate (HSC) is required.
• Possession of DRA Certification is mandatory for application.
• Substantial previous experience working in Field Force (FF) and Bucket 1 collections specifically for personal loans is compulsory.
• Excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.
• Capability to perform effectively under collection deadlines and targets.

Compensation

The monthly compensation ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹32,000, provided as an in-hand salary.
