About the Role

In this role, you will support the Software Licensing team by handling customer requests and managing administrative sales activities involving software renewals, new software licensing quotes, and processing purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications and provide assistance with quotation, order management, and issue resolution using shared inbox and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Boost sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and utilizing vendor promotions.
- Maintain precise data records and compile customer transaction reports.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service, sales support, or licensing role ideally within the IT sector.
- Entry-level candidates or graduates eager to learn in a dynamic customer service and sales support environment are also welcomed.
- While IT industry experience is preferred, candidates with relevant experience from other industries will be considered.
- Strong communication abilities combined with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Capabilities in negotiation to secure optimal pricing from vendors and to effectively resolve issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and adaptability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player comfortable in a dynamic workspace.
- Knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
