About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior Account Executives to manage and develop important accounts within local government and university sectors.
- Obtain practical experience with leading software and cloud products.
- Assist in creating customer proposals, preparing quotes, responding to tenders, managing sales processes, and performing administrative duties.
- Work together to resolve customer questions, encourage repeat business, promote upselling of solutions, and build customer loyalty.
- Learn comprehensive IT sales procedures including forecasting and vendor pricing.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales, call center, IT sales, or technical support, with a strong enthusiasm for IT sales and account management.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with no strict requirement for previous account management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, accompanied by attentive listening.
- A customer-focused approach paired with natural aptitude for relationship building.
- High energy levels, initiative, and dedication to establish a career in technology sales.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior familiarity with Microsoft products, cloud solutions, IT services, or software licensing.
- Experience working with local government councils or universities.
- Understanding of council procurement policies and local government operations.
