Job Overview
UniAcco seeks a Customer Success Executive to serve as the main contact for international students with accommodation-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless booking and service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication link for students' accommodation questions across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and more.
- Provide prompt updates regarding booking status, document needs, and moving-in procedures.
- Work closely with property owners and internal teams to efficiently address customer issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions using CRM systems and proactively follow up with students to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage booking adjustments, cancellations, and special requests following company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales, operations, and verification to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Consistently achieve targets for customer satisfaction and timely response.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant experience, with candidates based in Mumbai only.
- Excellent spoken and written communication abilities.
- Strong skills in customer service and relationship management.
- Capability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Great attention to detail and strict adherence to processes.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
