Key Responsibilities

• Optimize customs clearance procedures by analyzing import/export challenges and implementing digital and AI technologies to boost efficiency.
• Develop standardized operating procedures and maintain quality management of customs data to ensure smooth and timely customs processes.
• Create a comprehensive global customs knowledge system and digital compliance framework, enhancing import/export standards across markets including Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
• Clarify HS CODE classification rules and decision-making protocols, offering professional guidance and standardized references for customs operations.
• Establish risk management strategies for customs, monitoring policy changes worldwide and devising emergency response plans to protect goods delivery and business continuity.
• Foster strong partnerships with external stakeholders such as customs authorities, brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Continuously assess global customs regulations and industry standards, adjusting strategies and operational processes to maintain compliance and minimize risks.
