Role Overview

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for customers visiting the branch, assisting them with everyday banking transactions and inquiries. Your role will involve guiding customers through digital banking options and connecting them with the appropriate specialists when their needs extend beyond everyday transactions. You will be part of a supportive team focused on helping customers achieve their financial objectives and making a meaningful contribution to the Blenheim community.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer service roles such as retail, hospitality, contact centres, or administration.
• Enjoys nurturing relationships and assisting customers in finding effective solutions.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills paired with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A team player who takes accountability for their responsibilities.
