About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative based in Queenstown, you are the trusted individual customers turn to during critical moments. You'll provide a calm, reassuring presence while guiding customers through their financial journeys with confidence. Serving as the initial point of contact, you’ll make banking straightforward and accessible by addressing customer needs effectively and promptly.

Your day will include diverse tasks such as assisting customers with online banking access, resolving card disputes, and clarifying regulatory rules. Approaching each interaction with curiosity, empathy, and a proactive attitude, you will provide solutions on the spot, promote digital tools, and ensure customers feel understood and supported.

Candidate Profile

We seek enthusiastic individuals passionate about helping others and thriving in dynamic settings. Whether you're fresh out of university or have experience in customer-facing roles elsewhere, your genuine interest in people and digital proficiency are crucial. Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Proven customer service or administrative experience combined with a heartfelt commitment to assisting others
  • Comfort and skill in utilizing digital platforms and the ability to effectively guide customers through these systems
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and focusing on solutions
  • Basic knowledge or eagerness to learn about financial services, compliance, and regulated sectors
