NiuPay operates the digital infrastructure that supports essential public services in Papua New Guinea, including systems managing land records, land tax, and business licenses. These platforms ensure that citizens can efficiently complete official processes.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the primary contact for clients encountering difficulties on our platforms, providing prompt assistance and resolving issues effectively to maintain smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve as many issues as possible during the initial interaction.
- Accurately document all client concerns to support comprehensive and reliable reporting.
- Gain thorough knowledge of our digital platforms to confidently address client questions without speculation.
- Conduct tests on new platform features before they are released and identify potential challenges clients may face.
- Maintain up-to-date client enquiry dashboards and daily tracking tools.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and onboard new team members to familiarize them with procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a strong client-centric approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in structured data entry systems.
- Dependable and consistent, crucial for providing reliable team coverage in a small group.
- Good judgment to determine which issues to handle independently and which to escalate.
- Desirable: Previous experience in helpdesk or client support roles, or exposure to PNG public sector or land administration systems.
