Role Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Executives for the Amazon process handling premium enterprise telecom business. The role involves delivering high-quality customer support through voice and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for telecom enterprise clients via voice and chat platforms.
• Manage customer interactions professionally, addressing queries and offering effective solutions.
• Handle shift flexibility and rotational offs as per business requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining service standards during 24/7 rotational shifts.

Requirements

• Graduates with relevant experience in chat or voice customer service processes.
• Proficient in Hindi and English communication.
• Ability to work six days a week with rotational days off.
• Flexible and willing to travel independently; understand that Sundays may not always be off.

Work Schedule and Other Information

• Work location is office-based in Hyderabad, India.
• Six working days with one weekly rotational off.
• 24/7 rotational shifts applicable to both male and female candidates.

Salary

Annual compensation ranges from INR 250,000 to INR 450,000.

Eligibility
