About the Role
Mervice Infotech Private Limited is hiring Customer Support Executives located in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, opposite RDB Cinemas. The open positions include Chat Process Executive and Voice Process Executive (Inbound & Outbound).
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: 12th standard pass or higher.
- Freshers and experienced applicants can apply.
- Age range: 18 to 35 years.
- Open to male and female candidates.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Role Details
Chat Process Executive
- Strong proficiency in English communication both written and verbal.
- Initial work will be onsite at the office.
- After 60 days, work-from-home opportunity may be available based on company policy.
Voice Process Executive
- Handling inbound and outbound customer support calls.
- Work from office location.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi required.
- Basic communication skills in English necessary.
Shift Options
- Available shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night.
