Job Overview
The company is seeking a Customer Support Executive fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali to be based at their Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata office. This is an on-site position where candidates will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and deliver accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and within the expected turnaround time.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all customer interactions.
- Understand and assess customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
- Keep comprehensive records of customer communications in line with company protocols.
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments to solve customer issues promptly.
- Strive to uphold process quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate Details and Benefits
