Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and approachable Customer Service Attendant to join our team full-time at our Opa-Locka, FL location. This role requires dedication to customer interaction and efficient handling of vending machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries including beverages, baked goods, snacks, and specialty food items at client sites
• Stocking vending machines adequately with products such as soft drinks, pastries, and packaged foods
• Placing inventory on shelves or racks inside vending machines and coolers
• Ensuring proper refrigeration for all cold food items
• Managing merchandise ordering and monitoring inventory levels
• Retrieving unsold or expired products
• Collecting money from machines, including coins and bills
• Engaging positively with customers using eye contact and a friendly attitude
• Performing routine maintenance and sanitization of vending machines
• Keeping vending areas clean and orderly

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality capable of product promotion
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in performing mathematical calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
