Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a personable and diligent Customer Service Attendant for a full-time role requiring availability on rotating weekends. This position involves managing deliveries, stocking vending machines, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and customer-friendly vending environment.

• Receiving deliveries including beverages, baked goods, snacks, and specialty foods at client sites
• Restocking vending machines to appropriate inventory levels with items such as soft drinks and packaged pastries
• Organizing and placing stock on shelves and inside vending coolers
• Monitoring refrigeration to maintain freshness of cold products
• Managing merchandise ordering and inventory control
• Collecting unsold or expired products for removal
• Handling machine collections of cash, including coins and bills
• Engaging positively with customers through friendly communication and eye contact
• Conducting routine machine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Ensuring vending areas remain clean and orderly

Requirements

• A friendly, outgoing personality capable of effectively promoting products
• Independent work ability as well as collaboration within a team
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Effective verbal communication with both customers and co-workers
• Comfortable performing calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
