About Executive Aviation and the Role

This full-time position is based at London Airport and offers comprehensive training, reporting directly to the Customer Service Coordinator.

Key Duties

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures efficiently and courteously.
  • Prepare aircraft to ensure timely departures.
  • Coordinate smooth boarding and deplaning processes for travelers.
  • Welcome passengers arriving from flights with professionalism.
  • Adhere to airline-specific check-in protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate positively with airline crew members.
  • Perform light grooming tasks to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Enforce airline and airport policies courteously with passengers.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to enhance customer service quality.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

  • Minimum two years' experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating excellence in customer service.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to on-time performance—a critical aspect of airline operations.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills suitable for individual and group interactions, with proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
  • Experience in airport operations and familiarity with the Sabre reservation system are advantageous.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, daytime, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to comply with all employment conditions, including security clearance such as a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass, a clean criminal background check, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
