About the Role
Join our Dubai-based Customer Service team as a Customer Service Administrator, where you will manage various logistics administrative tasks, facilitate smooth documentation flows between departments, and deliver exceptional service to customers. Your duties will include organizing import and export schedules, handling customs paperwork, and monitoring shipment progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange import and export shipments aligning with customer demands and priorities.
- Manage principal orders through the company system.
- Prepare customs documentation for imports and exports, complying with relevant customs laws.
- Coordinate daily plans with operations teams and communicate transport needs punctually.
- Monitor shipments until successful delivery.
- Promptly escalate any complaints or service issues.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and organized records for easy retrieval of information.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- University graduate, with preference for candidates holding diplomas in logistics or shipping.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is favorable.
- Experience in Free Zone-based logistics or shipping companies is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaptability to new software.
- Excellent command of English communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset paired with professional telephone etiquette.
