About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele Sales Assistants to join our team promoting the m4marry app, a platform dedicated to helping individuals find life partners. You will be provided with a laptop and data to connect with registered prospects interested in matrimonial alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact registered candidates to explain services and persuade them to purchase paid packages.
• Engage potential customers by detailing the advantages of using the app.
• Motivate registered users to opt for paid subscriptions of varying durations (3 months, 6 months, etc.).
• Increase brand awareness about m4marry and its offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed 12th standard, Diploma, or any Degree.
• Aged between 20 and 35 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales or renewals.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient communication skills with fluency in Tamil.
• Interest in telemarketing and basic understanding of mobile applications.
• Strong convincing and influencing capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and work from the office.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranging from 18,000 to 25,000 INR per month plus Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and incentives.

Position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with 30 openings available.
