Customer Relationship Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer at 5K Car Care based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to foster excellent client interactions and ensure a seamless vehicle care experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their car maintenance needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of available detailing services, packages, pricing, and current offers.
• Coordinate with the service and detailing teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout their service process, updating them about progress and vehicle status.
• Professionally address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage in follow-ups post-service to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMC), premium detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and other offered services.
• Manage and update customer records and service histories diligently.
• Handle client communications via calls and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt responses.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and any issues encountered to the Branch Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to enhance overall customer service experience.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing customer follow-ups and service activities.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
