Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Assistant Sales Manager will act as a key liaison between vehicle technicians, customers, and the service team at our Trichy location. This role involves consulting with technical staff about vehicle repairs, advising customers on appropriate service options, and managing schedules for vehicle servicing to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate with technicians concerning repair details and suggest suitable services to customers.
• Address customer inquiries about service statuses, timelines, and vehicle handover scheduling.
• Organize and coordinate appointments along with vehicle drop-off and pick-up logistics.
• Inform customers on warranties, cost-saving alternatives, and additional value services.
• Coordinate timely availability of parts with service technicians to avoid delays.
• Oversee service workflows to guarantee punctual delivery of vehicles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by thoroughly explaining services executed and related charges.
• Facilitate ongoing communication between customers and the repair team.
• Apply extensive knowledge of automotive products and services in daily operations.
• Efficiently utilize specialized automotive software tools.
• Contribute to branch sales and service goals through proactive customer interactions.
