About the Role

We are offering a permanent full-time position as a Customer Relationship Manager in our Distribution team based in Canberra. This hybrid role provides flexibility in working arrangements, aiming to foster work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers as part of a national team, focusing on account management.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to strengthen key relationships and identify growth opportunities based on trend analyses.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the customer's advocate within the company, coordinating across business units to deliver optimal service and solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in workers compensation and/or general insurance, gained through roles in brokering, account management, sales, or underwriting.
  • In-depth knowledge of workers compensation and general insurance processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation expertise.
  • Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
