Job Overview

Teleperformance Global Services is looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to join their team in Bengaluru. This is an on-site position working day shifts, open to candidates with fresh to 3 years of experience. Graduates across any discipline except B.Tech/BE are eligible. Immediate joining is expected, with a salary range of ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 per month plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and address their queries effectively.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Promote banking and financial products to clients.
• Meet set sales and cross-selling objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns ensuring satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication in English is essential.
• Competence in customer interaction and handling.
• Sales aptitude including persuasion and telesales techniques.
• Experience or familiarity with cross-selling financial products.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and relationship management.
• Language skills: must speak English plus at least one regional language among Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam.
