Customer Relationship Executive

Overview

This role involves direct customer interaction focused on managing and enhancing customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for explaining loan products and procedures, processing applications, and ensuring smooth coordination across the loan lifecycle.

Key Duties

• Manage customer relationships by handling inquiries and maintaining communication.
• Perform follow-ups with customers primarily through telephonic calls.
• Explain details around various loan products, including eligibility criteria and application steps.
• Handle loan application processing and coordinate necessary processes.
• Carry out KYC and verify customer documents rigorously.
• Collect required documents from customers and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure regular follow-ups regarding loan application status with customers.
• Conduct in-person visits to customers at field locations and hold meetings.
• Generate new customer leads and maintain follow-up activities.
• Assist the team to facilitate completion of the loan process from initial application through to disbursement.
