Customer Relations Officer

Role Overview

As a Customer Relations Officer based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calling to promote two-wheeler loan products. This role includes ensuring leads are converted efficiently and maintaining strong coordination with sales and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell two-wheeler financial products.
• Provide detailed information about loan features, eligibility, required documentation, interest charges, and repayment plans.
• Follow up with potential customers to guide them through the loan disbursal process in a timely manner.
• Keep yourself well-informed about current loan policies, product updates, and trends in the lending market.
• Collaborate closely with field sales personnel, dealer partners, and backend teams to finalize lead closures successfully.
• Strive to meet set sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain CRM systems regularly.
• Address customer inquiries, manage objections, and handle escalations courteously and professionally.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years’ experience in telesales focused on two-wheeler or personal loan products.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities in at least two of these languages: English, Kannada, Telugu.
• Additional proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• A strong customer-oriented approach with capability to solve problems effectively.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Candidate age should be under 30 years.

Compensation and Location

The role offers a salary of up to 500000 INR per annum plus incentives. The workplace is located at Hoodi, Opposite Tata Showroom, Brookefields Road, Doddanekundi, Phase 2, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560048.
