Customer Care Executive

Job Location

This position is based in Bangalore at Hoodi, situated opposite Tata Showroom on Brookefields Road, Doddanekundi, Phase 2, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients promoting two-wheeler loan offerings.
• Provide clear explanations about loan product features, eligibility, required documentation, applicable interest rates, and repayment conditions.
• Follow through with potential customers to ensure prompt loan conversions and disbursements.
• Keep abreast of current loan policies, product details, and market developments.
• Collaborate effectively with field sales staff, dealer partners, and operations teams for closing leads successfully.
• Meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Keep precise customer information and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems regularly.
• Manage customer queries, objections, and handle escalations with professionalism.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least two years of telesales experience specifically in two-wheeler or personal loan products.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in at least two languages among English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Possess a customer-centric mindset along with competent problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Graduated in any field of study.
• Candidate age should be below 30 years.

Compensation

The role offers a salary package up to 500,000 INR per annum plus additional incentives based on performance.
