Customer Experience Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and customer-centric Customer Experience Manager to lead efforts that boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology or a similar field.
• Deep knowledge of customer experience strategies, journey mapping, customer insights, and service improvements.
• Experience with CRM software, feedback tools, analytics platforms, and experience measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert customer data into actionable plans.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to create and track customer experience metrics, KPIs, and improvement action plans.
• Proven project management skills and effectiveness in cross-departmental collaboration.
