Customer Care Representative

About the Role

V5 Global Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their e-commerce process team based in Gurgaon. This position is full-time and requires working from the office. The salary offered ranges between ₹22,000 and ₹30,000 per month CTC. Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in customer support or related fields are encouraged to apply, including freshers with strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls and chat, adhering strictly to the established process requirements.
• Provide assistance related to orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and similar customer concerns.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally while offering precise and reliable information.
• Maintain standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction according to set guidelines.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams for further resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 to 5 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or e-commerce fields preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Versant score ranging from 5 to 6 is desirable.
• Basic computer and typing abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and report to the office daily.
• Immediate joining availability preferred.
