HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter to handle comprehensive recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing joining formalities. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and requires dedication to meet recruitment goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates using job boards, social media platforms, references, consultants, educational institutions, NGOs, and community networks.
• Evaluate candidates by assessing job fit based on experience, salary expectations, location, and availability criteria.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to explain roles, compensation, shifts, and job details to potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidate profiles to clients and arrange interviews.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Keep daily trackers current, documenting sourcing efforts, interview scheduling, selection status, and joining updates.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets set on daily and monthly bases.
• Develop and sustain a robust candidate pool to fulfill immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to fully understand recruitment requirements.
• Ensure candidates onboard as promised after selection.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, walk-in sessions, and field sourcing as necessary.

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate; MBA in Human Resources is advantageous.
• Open to freshers; recruitment experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in follow-up and persuasive skills.
• Capable of working under deadlines to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals required.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities preferred.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler is preferred for field recruitment responsibilities.

Working Details and Compensation

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Salary range for freshers: ₹16,000 to ₹25,000 monthly plus travel allowances and incentives.
• Experienced candidates’ salary is negotiable based on previous pay and expertise.
