About the Role

V5 Global Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking Customer Support Representatives to join their e-commerce process team based in Gurgaon. This role requires handling customer interactions through voice and chat channels while adhering to the organization's process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and other related issues efficiently.
• Resolve complaints with professionalism, ensuring accurate and helpful information is provided.
• Maintain quality standards, productivity, and customer satisfaction as per company policies.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Experience ranging from freshers to 5 years in Customer Support, BPO, or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities in both English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
• Versant score ranging between 5 and 6 is desirable.
• Basic proficiency with computers and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Commitment to work from office in Gurgaon.
• Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.

• Salary offered ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 per month CTC.
