Role Overview
We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team at Earlyjobs in Bengaluru. This role involves directly assisting customers through various communication channels to resolve their issues and enhance their experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via phone, email, and chat, managing both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently, delivering appropriate solutions for satisfaction.
- Exhibit empathy and patience when engaging with customers who may be frustrated or confused.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate assistance.

Eligibility & Requirements
