About the Role

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will oversee the scheduling and management of support worker rosters, ensuring that client requirements are consistently met and that services operate smoothly. This key position requires collaborating with internal teams to resolve scheduling challenges and enforce policy compliance. The role is based in Penrose, Auckland, involves 40 hours of work per week, and is fixed term until February 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage rosters for support workers to guarantee adequate service coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate schedules and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain adherence to organisational policies and client-specific requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable background in customer service or call centre environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Uphold professional integrity, including respecting confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Able to function independently while also contributing effectively as a team member.
  • Effective prioritisation and time management skills complemented by excellent organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency with computing systems, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proven track record of being a supportive and collaborative team player.
