About the Role
We are seeking to fill two 12-month fixed-term Customer Care Administrator roles based in our Auckland hub. These positions are dedicated to providing continuous assistance and support to existing nib customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and handling their requests and administration tasks efficiently for sustained customer satisfaction.
This role involves processing approximately 40 emails or change requests daily and conducting outbound calls to members or advisers in a dynamic, high-energy contact centre environment. The workspace offers structured breaks and targets linked to key performance indicators (KPIs). Comprehensive training and ongoing leadership support is provided to enable your success.
Work hours follow a rotating Monday to Friday schedule comprising 8-hour shifts starting between 8:30 am and 9:15 am, ending between 4:30 pm and 5:15 pm. The employment commences on 21 September 2026 and includes a mandatory six-week training period at the Auckland office with subsequent flexible arrangements, including a hybrid model of office and remote work.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient computer and data entry skills with an ability to multitask and efficiently navigate computer systems while communicating with members by phone.
- Strong relationship-building and communication aptitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles emphasizing accuracy and process compliance.
- Enthusiasm for assisting members by addressing their requests, updating records, and following up accordingly.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new systems, and embrace procedural changes.
- Motivation to achieve set targets, adhere to deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- A flexible, positive attitude accompanied by meticulous attention to detail.
