Customer Assistant – Night Shift

About the Role

As a Customer Assistant during night hours, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores operate smoothly by bringing energy, teamwork, and dedication to maintain our high standards day after day.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the store each night by restocking shelves and maintaining a consistent work pace, handling a wide variety of products.
• Maintain an orderly workspace and ensure aisles are clean and well-presented for the customers the following day.
• Safely transport stock from the warehouse to the shop floor, including heavy equipment and containers.
• Work across different store sections, including chilled and frozen areas.
• Utilize handsets, digital tools, and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in other areas such as picking online orders or serving at checkouts once adequately trained.

Requirements

• Must have legal Right to Work status in the UK.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older due to working hours and handling restricted goods such as alcohol.
